He is Andres Bonifacio a Filipino revolutionary hero who founded the Katipunan, he is born in Tondo Manila on November 30, 1863 and Died on May 10, 1897. Historians call him by several titles of distinction: The Greatest Plebeian, Supremo of the Katipunan, The Father of the Philippine Revolution and the Unofficial First President of the Independent Philippines. Andres Bonifacio made his first declaration of Independence inside a cave, he is also a middle class Filipino and a Self-Educated. Andres Bonifacio is the Founder and Leader of Katipunan Society, who instigated the revolt of August 1896 against the Spanish. He was also a well-read, unlike the nationalist poet and novelist Jose Rizal, who wanted to reform Spanish rule in the Philippines, Bonifacio advocated complete independence from Spain. Bonifacio had shown high regard for education and despite his meager status he engaged in reading book written in Tagalog and Spanish. Just like any other indio of his time, Bonifacio felt the social malaise as a result of oppressive Spanish colonial administration. To make fellow Filipinos aware of the real condition of the country, he sold revolutionary leaflets near the University of Santo Tomas. He also joined LA LIGA FILIPINA when it was founded by Jose Rizal but LA LIGA died down after the imprisonment of Rizal in Dapitan and that time when Bonifacio founded the Katipunan in am to gain Independence from Spain. "What love can be purer and greater than love of country? What love? no other love, none". This quote is about being proud of our nationality and country. We have to love, praise and fight for our own country and appreciate all the things that it has to offer for us. Like Andres Bonifacio who fought and battled to save his fellowmen and country, He was not only thinking of himself but also the sake of other people. We should be just like him and start loving our country and not to complain about the things we don't like on it since it will not do anyone good anyway  instead we should start helping out in our simple ways to make our country a better place. Andres Bonifacio is such a good example of a true hero, he has Optimistic Attitude and Strong sense of Responsibility he raise his younger brother and sisters. This proved that being responsible cannot be quantified by one's age it is a matter of learning how to act , rationalize and decide correctly despite overwhelming burdens and pressures. He also prove that great leader do not need to be formally educated neither rich or famous. One's commitment to the common cause which offered his life, time, talents and sincerity to serve is one factor which one considered a hero. In this generation were still longing to be one, but by just doing simple exemplary things for  others to follow we can be heroes in our modern times.

Let us dig deeper into the life of Andres Bonifacio as a revolutionizer, as an artist and not just a fighter. That's why he is called a Warrior of sword and pen, he didn't only fight the Spanish Colonization in 1892 but he also write and publish some great poem to show how he love his beloved country.
